Rose Garden Inn & Suites Thomasville, Thomasville

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, despite not meeting the floor flush, were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. However, the lingering smell of smoke was a downside, and the rush to vacate the room by noon felt a bit abrupt. The service, on the other hand, was a mix of experiences; some staff members were extremely rude and unprofessional, while others were very polite, accommodating, and understanding of our special needs. The central location was a big plus, convenient for all the events we were attending, but the noise from the neighboring room impacted my sleep quality. Unfortunately, the dining options were practically non-existent, leaving me to seek breakfast elsewhere. Despite these aspects, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel had clean and cozy rooms equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and a very nice TV. Despite some dings on the walls and a parking lot strewn with trash, the stay was comfortable. The location was central to events but lacked an inviting feel. The service was a mix of polite and accommodating with some rudeness encountered. Dining options were very poor. Overall, a satisfactory stay considering the value for money.
